Jesse is the founder of Voyageur Productions. He majored in Film Production and spent his 20s working on film sets. There he developed an acute understanding for film contents and production. He later found himself working at the Seoul Film Commission in the Location Department where he built up a strong network. This led him to be the Permit Coordinator for Marvel Studio’s ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ Korea unit. He continued taking on more inbound projects such Marvel Studio’s ‘Black Panther’ and Wachowski Siblings’ Netflix Original Series ‘Sense 8’ where he worked as the Production Manager.

 

Jesse is no stranger to the world. He actually took a break to travel for one year. He spent his time studying and experiencing different cultures. Upon returning to Korea, no longer bound, Jesse began taking domestic productions overseas. Some of these titles include KBS’s TV Series ‘Descendants of the Sun’ Greece unit, JTBC’s TV Series ‘The Package’ France unit, ‘Man X Man’ Hungary unit, ‘The 3rd Charm’ Portugal unit, SBS’s TV Series ‘Vagabond’ Morocco unit, and the feature film ‘Believer’ Norway unit. By combining all his expertise he built up over the years, he found the company to better serve all production needs for inbound and outbound projects.
